Dose schedule
See what is due today, what is done, and what still needs attention.
Feature overview
Milos brings dose scheduling, reconstitution math, a peptide library, exact-time reminders, wellness notes, Apple Health sync, bloodwork tracking, and calendar history into one iPhone app — built for the person managing the protocol, not a researcher reading about it.

Overview
Milos is not trying to be a clinic portal or a generic habit app. It is a dedicated peptide tracker for the practical loop: plan the stack, calculate the vial, log the dose, capture the context, review the pattern later, and share a clean summary when you want it.
See what is due today, what is done, and what still needs attention.
Add peptides and supplements with units, dose days, timing, and notes.
Log a dose from Today and clear it from the queue without extra steps.
Calculate vial concentration and draw volume from the same app you track in.
Browse compounds by name, category, description, and dosing context.
Start with profile details, legal guidance, preferences, and reminder opt-in.
Keep protocol timing visible with alerts that follow each saved dose time.
Capture how you feel each day with the wellness picker, score, and notes.
Track weight, body changes, and personal observations over time.
Mark check-ins complete and keep the next interval on your radar.
Render a polished image card with streaks, active items, and daily progress.
Import and save your protocol history through Apple Health.
Today view
Open Milos and Today shows the protocol work in front of you: scheduled peptides, exact-time reminders, completion state, bloodwork status, a daily quote, and the next action. Once a dose is logged, it leaves the queue so the remaining day stays obvious.

Stack builder
Milos keeps each stack item practical: compound, amount, units, dose days, reminder time, and context. The native app starts with onboarding, profile details, and reminder opt-in, then turns that setup into a repeatable routine.

Reconstitution calculator
Enter vial amount, BAC water, syringe size, and target dose to get a usable draw volume. Milos keeps the calculator close to the tracker so reconstitution does not become a separate spreadsheet ritual.

Peptide library
The Milos library gives you a clean place to browse common peptide categories, understand what each compound is used for, and move from research mode into tracking mode with less friction.

Wellness and body history
Daily wellness notes, body logbook entries, and personal context make the dose history more useful. Milos also supports Apple Health body-weight sync so the body logbook can stay current without duplicate entry.

Calendar and bloodwork
The calendar view helps you scan completed doses, revisit previous days, and keep bloodwork cadence visible. It gives your protocol a memory beyond today's checklist.

Progress cards and widgets
Milos uses compact summaries for the moments when a full screen is too much. Quick overviews, calculator widgets, and a rendered share card with quote, streak, active items, and doses keep the routine visible and easy to communicate.

Compare
Spreadsheets can store data, and habit apps can send nudges. Milos connects the specific parts of a peptide routine in one iPhone experience, including reminders, body-weight sync, bloodwork cadence, and shareable progress.
Workflow
Add each compound, amount, units, schedule days, and reminder timing.
Use vial amount, BAC water, and desired dose before logging the routine.
Open Today, tap completed doses, and add context when it matters.
Scan calendar history, wellness notes, bloodwork, body logs, and share-ready progress cards.
