The math

Calculate the measurement before you log it.

This browser tool uses the standard concentration formula: vial amount divided by BAC water, then target amount divided by concentration. Milos keeps this kind of math close to your reminders and history in the iPhone app.

How it works

Four inputs, in order.

01

Enter vial amount

Use the total peptide amount shown on the vial label.

02

Add BAC water

Enter the total mL of diluent added during reconstitution.

03

Set target amount

Add the amount you want to measure in micrograms.

04

Track the result

Use Milos to keep calculator math beside dose logs and reminders.

In the app

Keep reconstitution math, dose logs, and reminders together.

Milos turns peptide tracking into one iPhone routine: calculate the draw, schedule the stack, log doses, review history, and keep wellness context nearby.

Calculator FAQ

Questions before using the calculator.

How do you calculate peptide reconstitution?

Divide the peptide amount in the vial by the BAC water added to get concentration in mg per mL. Convert the target amount from mcg to mg, then divide target mg by concentration to estimate the draw volume in mL.

What are U-100 syringe units?

On a U-100 insulin syringe, 100 units equals 1 mL. After calculating draw volume in mL, multiply by 100 to estimate the matching U-100 unit mark.

Does this calculator tell me what dose to take?

No. This tool only performs measurement math from values you enter. It does not provide medical advice, dosing recommendations, diagnosis, or treatment guidance.

Why does the draw volume look so small?

Most reconstituted peptide doses are measured in hundredths of a millilitre — a 250mcg dose from a 10mg vial in 2mL of BAC water draws only 0.05mL. That is normal. Use a U-100 insulin syringe, which reads 5 units for the same volume.
